Who can apply for housing with City West Housing

You can apply to be housed with City West Housing if you meet all of the following criteria.

1. Income

Your gross household income (ie before tax) must fall within one of the following bands.

Applicants will be provided with up-to-date information at the time of application and as requested. As at November 2017:

Band Total Household Income
One Up to $42,300
Two $42,301 to $67,600
Three $67,601 to $101,400

Please note that due to having a high proportion of tenants in our band one income group (under $42,300), no further applications are being processed from this income band.

In line with our company objectives and to ensure we have a reasonably equal balance of the three eligible income groups, only applications from households earning between $42,301,107 and $101,400 will be processed.
