City West Housing recently acquired a site on Botany Road in Alexandria. Botany Road is expected to provide homes for approximately 65 households with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments as well as parking for cars and bicycles.

The site is located at the northern end of Alexandria and is bound to the east by Botany Road. It is in excellent proximity to a range of amenities and services available in the area including parks, educational establishments and community facilities. City West Housing has engaged Sara Watts as its interim CEO following the departure of Janelle Goulding.
