Following the approval of the Botany Road Corridor Planning Proposal from the City of Sydney, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Architectus for our Banksia affordable rental apartments project at 74-88 Botany Road, Waterloo to commence the Stage 1 development application.
The site has an ideal location in the heart of the corridor directly across from the new Waterloo Metro station. It is expected to yield 100 apartments (subject to Council approval), as well as land to be dedicated for a new pedestrian walkway connecting Waterloo.
The concept design will be created using City West Housing’s concept design guidelines and Designing from Country principles. In line with our sustainability guidelines, this building will be all electric.
