Aboriginal Liaison Officer
- Permanent part time (4 days a week)
- Pyrmont location
- Hybrid working week – 2 days in the office and 2 days working from home
This role will improve social, cultural and economic outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander residents at City West Housing. You will identify and engage with community, local networks and service providers, and support the implementation of our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan.

Financial Controller
Due to an expanding affordable housing development pipeline and an increase in organisational size and complexity, this new role has been created to provide support to the CFO, CEO and the wider organisation.
Reporting to the CFO and with the support of a small but experienced team, you will oversee and drive all financial reporting, operational accounting, financial analysis, compliance, internal controls and treasury activities for the group and its entities.
You will also contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and the delivery of commercial decision support to the CEO, CFO and Senior Leadership team, whilst playing an active role in projects, process improvement initiatives and finance systems improvements.
You are a CA- or CPA-qualified senior finance professional, ideally with a chartered background and with extensive leadership experience in a commercial setting. You are systems savvy, with outstanding communication skills and sophisticated business-partnering capability.
Experience in, or a passion for the property sector, would be highly regarded, as will an appetite to work in a values-based organisation, seeking to make a tangible, positive impact on our community.
