Compliance Manager

  • Full-time, permanent, Pyrmont office
  • Work from home options
  • Not-for-profit salary packaging so that an additional up to $15,900 of the salary is tax-free

 

Manage City West Housing’s regulatory and legislative compliance obligations to support business performance and deliver strategic objectives. Work with City West Housing teams on compliance matters and assist in driving a culture of compliance and reporting across the business.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Manage compliance frameworks
  • Compilation and lodgement of reporting to relevant statutory bodies
  • Maintain a current understanding of the requirements of national registration as a community housing provider and provide advice on maintaining registration status
  • Manage the internal policy framework and work collaboratively across teams to ensure policies are compliant and up to date
  • Manage effective relationships with regulators, and relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements along with best practice duty of care

Project support Officer – Housing and Community Engagement

  • Full-time, 12-month fixed term contract, Pyrmont office

Improve people’s lives by supporting the delivery of key internal Housing and Community Engagement projects. Liaise with internal and external stakeholder groups and work closely with the Head of Housing and Community Engagement and colleagues to ensure successful implementation of new business systems and processes to enable organisational growth. 

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Ensure consistent and accurate resident data is captured and provided to Homes NSW and the Housing Australia Future Fund reporting systems, and community impacts are measured and communicated
  • Develop new internal processes and frameworks to ensure organisational readiness for growth at scale
  • Be the face of process and system improvements, including communication, training and implementation
  • Work collaboratively across the business to ensure sustainable approaches to engagement, maximise resident satisfaction, and identify opportunities to enhance quality of living and overall resident satisfaction
