Aboriginal Liaison Officer

  • Permanent part time (4 days a week)
  • Pyrmont location
  • Hybrid working week – 2 days in the office and 2 days working from home

This role will improve social, cultural and economic outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander residents at City West Housing. You will identify and engage with community, local networks and service providers, and support the implementation of our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan.

Customer Service & Administration Assistant

  • Full-time, permanent position

About the role

As Customer Service and Administration Assistant your key responsibilities would be:

  • Greet all residents, applicants and contractors in a warm and professional manner and direct them as appropriate as well as other stakeholders
  • Manage a busy switchboard – direct and escalate enquiries as necessary
  • Manage meeting room calendars, stocking the kitchen as required, and maintain immaculate office presentation
  • Ensure office supplies and stationery are kept stocked
  • Process all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Data entry and processing
