With restrictions easing across the state, City West Housing is working on some changes to transition our office into reopening. Please see the full update below:
The Office
From next week (Monday 7 March 2022), reception will be open every Monday and Wednesday for residents and applicants. If you are a resident needing to meet with your Housing Manager, please ensure you book an appointment with them before attending the office.
The Team
City West Housing will continue to maintain a flexible working policy for staff, therefore your Housing Manager may not be on-site on the day you chose to come in. It is important that you make an appointment with them directly.
