Check your eligibility

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to apply for a home with City West Housing. We do have some rules about who is eligible.

If you are eligible, you will be asked to register through our portal and provide some more information about yourself and members of your household who will be living with you. This is so we can work out the size and type of home that will best suit your needs. At this point you do not have to provide any evidence to support your application.

Once you’ve registered you will need to sign into your portal account and complete an Expression of Interest application to be added to the waitlist.

If something changes with your situation you can submit a Change in Circumstances application form via your portal account.

Please note that registering your interest does not guarantee an offer of housing with City West.
