Your gross household income (ie before tax) must fall within one of the following bands.

2. LOCAL CONNECTION
You must be living or working in the City of Sydney Local Government Area. The City of Sydney Local Government Area covers the following suburbs:
Alexandria, Annandale, Barangaroo, Beaconsfield, Camperdown, Centennial Park, Chippendale, Darlinghurst, Darlington, Dawes Point, Elizabeth Bay, Erskineville, Eveleigh, Forest Lodge, Glebe, Haymarket, Millers Point, Moore Park, Newtown, Paddington, Potts Point, Pyrmont, Redfern, Rosebery, Rushcutters Bay, St Peters, Surry Hills, Sydney, The Rocks, Ultimo, Waterloo, Woolloomooloo and Zetland.
If you are unsure which areas are covered by the City of Sydney Local Government Area, please refer to the Council boundaries map on the City of Sydney website.

Once you have registered your interest, you will be notified in writing if you are provisionally eligible for housing with CWH.
CWH will need you to confirm your ongoing interest and eligibility every 12 months.
If it gets closer to the time that a vacancy might come up matching your requirements, a staff member will contact you to check your eligibility. If you are still eligible and interested, you will be invited to complete a full application and provide relevant documentation to confirm your eligibility.
