Rent Reform Forum
City West Housing (CWH) wants to improve the way it assesses income and rent. To start the process of improvement, CWH commissioned an independent review of its Rent Policy and Procedures.
As part of the next phase we invited all residents to a Rent Reform Forum on the 8th of May. This was the first opportunity for residents to hear about possible reforms and give us their thoughts and feedback about the changes and they considered how we might implement them.
There will be further communication shortly and information will be made available for all residents.
