City West Housing believes all children and young people deserve the support they need to achieve a good education.
Through the Aspire Education Fund, City West Housing residents who are parents or primary carers to students in Years 7-12 can seek financial help to help meet the cost of schooling.
Residents are able to apply for funding to support their child’s education, including for extracurricular activities in sport and the arts.
This year we are funding 18 young residents to further their education. Each successful Aspire Education Fund applicant will receive funding of up to $1,000 (GST inclusive).
The following are the successful Aspire Education Fund recipients this year:
- Ali – for school fees
- Alisara – for tutoring
