OUR PORTFOLIO

City West Housing’s portfolio of purpose-built affordable housing apartments is wholly owned and managed by City West Housing. Our housing portfolio consists of 890 affordable apartments across 20 buildings in the City of Sydney LGA and Bayside LGA, as well as 42 market apartments in a building in Canterbury-Bankstown LGA.

Our buildings are located in areas that support residents to access the benefits of living close to jobs, transport, social services and support, and other amenities. We invest in the communities in which we operate, working closely with a range of partners to build stronger communities.
