Development Analyst 

• Newly-created Property Development Analyst full time role
• Unique opportunity to be a part of a property group with a purpose

Due to an expanding development pipeline and an increase in organisational size and complexity, this new Development Analyst role has been created to provide support to the development team.

About the role:

Reporting into the Commercial Manager, you will support the delivery of development projects through providing insights, analysis and financial modelling. You’ll also collaborate with the Development team as well as a variety of internal stakeholders, as well as assist with the preparation of business cases and project plans for endorsement by the Exec Team & Board. You will also provide administrative support to the team, raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and developing regular and ad-hoc reports.

Finally, you’ll contribute to project reporting, while playing an active role in any relevant projects or process improvement initiatives.

The ideal applicant:

You’re a tertiary qualified professional, with a background in accounting, finance or analysis, or you could be making a first move from a chartered accounting firm and seeking your first role in real estate.

You’re systems savvy, with strong Excel skills (ideally with financial modelling experience), outstanding communication skills and strong relationship management ability.

Experience in, or a passion for the property sector, would be highly regarded, as will an appetite to work in a values-based organisation, seeking to make a tangible, positive impact on our community.
