Household Income
Your gross combined household income must not exceed $148,000 per annum. This includes all household members over 18 that are included as part of your application.
Residential and/or Work Address
You must currently reside or work within the City of Sydney Local Government Area, as defined in the map below:
Current Housing Situation
You must currently be living in housing which is unsuitable or inadequate for your needs.
Property & Assets
You must not own assets or property which you could reasonably be expected to use to solve your housing need.
Residency
You must have appropriate residency status in Australia to be eligible for housing with City West Housing.
Housing Provider
If you are already housed by a public or community housing provider, you may not be eligible.
