Corporate Structure
City West Housing Holdings Ltd, a new Company Limited by guarantee, is the sole shareholder in the existing entity City West Housing Pty Ltd, with continuing oversight by the company’s independent Board.
Along with CWH Boronia Ltd, CWH Acacia Ltd, CWH Tallowwood and CWH Melaleuca, they comprise the new City West Housing Group.
City West Housing
City West Housing Pty Ltd is a company limited by shares with the sole member being City West Housing Holdings Ltd.
It was established in 1994 to develop, own and operate affordable housing residential apartment buildings, initially in the City of Sydney Local Government Area.
City West Housing Pty Ltd, will continue to own and manage affordable housing and employ staff under the oversight and governance of the new parent company.
Today it owns and manages just under 1,000 affordable rental apartments and 42 market apartments.
CWH Boronia
CWH Boronia Ltd is a Company Limited by Guarantee, with the sole member being City West Housing Pty Ltd.
It was established in 2022 to develop, own and operate affordable housing residential apartment buildings.
CWH Boronia's project is to develop 74 affordbale rental apartments at Boronia Apartments on Bourke Street, Waterloo.
CWH Acacia
CWH Acacia Ltd is a Company Limited by Guarantee, with the sole member being City West Housing Pty Ltd.
It was established in 2023 to develop, own and operate affordable housing residential apartment buildings.
CWH Melaleuca
CWH Melaleuca Ltd is a Company Limited by Guarantee, with the sole member being City West Housing Pty Ltd.
It was established in 2024 to develop, own and operate affordable housing residential apartment buildings.
