It is with great pleasure City West Housing would like to congratulate all the residents from the Henson Lane building for having the ‘highest response rate per building’ for participating in the CWH 2016 annual tenant survey!
As part of our ethos to create sustainable communities, every tenant from Henson Lane received a personalised fruit and vegetable box for being the building with the highest response rate.
The annual tenant survey gives tenants and CWH the opportunity to see what we are doing well and where there is room for improvement.
