During the formal application stage, City West Housing will request a series of documents to confirm an applicant’s eligibility for housing.

Applicants are required to provide:
- proof of identity
- current connection to the local government area
- residency or citizenship
- income
- housing need
- information regarding their current housing situation
- disability or medical needs.
