More affordable housing stock is being delivered to inner-Sydney, following the release of more than $23 million to a key affordable housing supplier, thanks to a NSW Government policy.
Minister for Planning and Housing, Anthony Roberts, today delivered a cheque for $23,271,466.83 to City West Housing, a not-for-profit affordable rental-housing provider.
“These funds were raised through an affordable housing contribution on 11 developments across Green Square and Pyrmont-Ultimo and will be used to provide affordable rental housing around the City of Sydney,” Mr Roberts said.
