Affordable housing moments from the centre of the city may be hard to comprehend but City West Housing is on a mission to make it possible.
A new residential development in North Eveleigh will offer low-income earners 88 apartments with rent starting from about $200 per week, dependant on the tenant’s annual income.
Janelle Goulding, CEO of City West Housing said the $23 million development was completely funded by City West Housing, with no cost to tax payers and was built with innovative design in mind.
“Urban Growth NSW was keen to make the design sensitive to the surrounding development,” Ms Goulding said.
