City West Housing’s most recent acquisition is in the heart of the Botany Road Precinct. The Precinct is the start of a transformation into a vibrant commercial precinct. This site sits centrally to public transport (Waterloo Metro and Green Square train stations), employment and green space, such as Alexandria Park.

The project will provide 111 apartments and up to 12 commercial tenancies.

The site’s traditional custodians are the Gadigal people of the Eora nation.
