Kids Yoga

Our Kids Yoga program is starting up again this Thursday 22 January, led by our resident yoga teacher, Amanda!
This fun and engaging free 10-week Kids Yoga course introduces children to yoga through playful poses, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques, helping them build strength, balance, focus, and inner calm.
Suitable for children aged 5–12 years. Parents are welcome to drop off and return at the end of the session.
Location: Green Square Public School – Community room 1 and Community Room 2
Date: Every Thursday, starting 22 January – Thursday, 26 March 2026
Time: 4:15 pm-4:45 pm
Most weeks, the sessions will be held in Community room 1, but there are a couple of weeks where we are in community room 2, please find the breakdown of dates below:
