City West Housing welcomes Adeline Chin to the role of Head of Communications and Impact.
Adeline brings a wealth of experience in marketing and communications in the real estate, building and infrastructure sectors to City West Housing.
Reflecting on her new role Adeline said: “I am looking forward to dedicating my professional experience to the future growth and success of City West Housing. As a values-based organisation, City West Housing provides fundamental, tangible infrastructure to support its communities and I am thrilled by this opportunity to contribute to its mission and its community shaping projects.”
Commencing in June, Adeline will have responsibility for corporate communications, including reporting, and managing and maintaining City West Housing’s brand.
CEO Leonie King said: “City West Housing is delighted to have attracted someone of Adeline’s calibre. Adeline has shown that she is keen to learn about the industry, to apply her expertise and to foster the values of the organisation”.
Adeline is taking over the role from Anna Grutzner, who is retiring to take up more overseas travel.
Anna has worked in and around community housing for 15 years. Anna led the communications strategy for the NSW Government to support the implementation of a new National Regulatory System for Community Housing back in 2014, has worked for Bridge Housing and was also a Director on the Board of Women’s Housing Company for 10 years. During her time at City West Housing, Anna has had many achievements, including taking ownership for developing our first Impact Report, with the Company nominating to be an early adopter of the new national ESG Standard for Community Housing.
