It’s all happening! City West Housing is excited that demolition works have begun for our new Boronia Apartments development in Waterloo.
These 74 affordable rental apartments will provide much-needed housing for people on low to moderate incomes in inner Sydney, including women and their children escaping domestic and family violence.
In the past week, demolition machinery has been moved in and the roofs of existing buildings on the former industrial site are being dismantled. Thanks Metropolitan Demolitions Group for getting on with the job.
