We have a builder! City West Housing is very pleased to announce the appointment of Growthbuilt, to build 74 affordable rental apartments in Waterloo. The Boronia Apartments will provide much-needed housing for people on low to moderate incomes, including women and their children escaping domestic and family violence.
Over their 17-year history Growthbuilt has developed a reputation for delivering high quality medium density apartments with proven experience in affordable housing.
We look forward to working alongside Growthbuilt, to deliver this much needed affordable housing for inner Sydney, welcoming residents in 2025.
The project is being jointly funded by City West Housing, the City of Sydney, NSW Government and the National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation (NHFIC).
