Earlier last year, as we came towards the end of our development in Glebe, the Blackwattle apartments, we decided to reach out to several interior design companies to see if they would be interested in partnering with CWH to furnish one of the new units. Valiant Interiors kindly offered to a help furnish number of apartments, for new residents who had few possessions, by re-purposing pre-loved display furniture.
Founded in 1961 and family owned, a core value of Valiant is to give back to the community, including working with aligned not for profit organisations. Valiant has a passion for helping the local community and giving to charities, so the decision to partner with CWH was a natural extension of Valiant’s ethically oriented practices.
The stylists at Valiant Interiors went above and beyond tailoring each apartment to the profile of the resident recipients. This extra touch has not gone unnoticed by the residents who have now moved in and are in love with their homes.
